The name of our extra virgin olive oil was born from this verse by Cesare Malpica, poet and traveler of the 19th century.

Gioliello extra virgin olive oil comes from “Nocellara del Belice” variety (“cultivar” variety) originally from western Sicily characterized by excellent quality relatively little diffused in our area.
